Meet Jonas Frederiksen

Sentia as a workplace

Daily, I am responsible for the entire customer journey and all the different parts of our organization interacting with our customers. Therefore, it is key to coordinate our efforts and have continuous dialogue with our customers. I have regular meetings with our Public Cloud partners regarding customer cases and help using my role as a specialist salesperson. The implementation is an essential element: both in the technical area and to a large extent in the personal area, where the implementation at our customers is in focus.

Professional development

What gets me out of bed in the morning is the great opportunity to influence my everyday life at Sentia and set myself up for success. During my 5 years at Sentia, I have personally moved from an area of ​​responsibility for smaller customers to being commercially responsible for several of our top 5 customers. It has been an incredibly exciting journey, with a sometimes-hectic everyday life, but always with a focus on providing solutions and services setting the customers of Sentia up for success with-in their area of business.

There is plenty of room for flexible working hours allowing time for my family and for personal development as well as a working environment focused on helping each and often the motto “solve first, settle later”, comes into play.


Leading principles

Extreme ownership is one of our leading principles, which I have particularly taken to heart. I use this principle as a guideline for my daily work, and as a focal point in the customer dialogue. Customers expect that we protect their IT systems when placing their IT systems with us and while we take extreme ownership of the consequences and ramifications if the IT system goes haywire.

At Sentia, we take care of the qualified digital transformation of our customers identifying the right success criteria, KPIs and business needs for designing the solution to meet these. At the same time, Lead the Way is the work focus I take with me internally, where I try to show the way for new as well as old colleagues within the Public Cloud area.
