His expertise is focused on the analysis & interpretation of the data. Thus, the individual that we are looking for should have a strong database background, good business acumen understanding & be skilled in some of the following:

Currently, Sentia is integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 in order to harmonise the different business processes across the countries. One of the challenges of this position would be to manage the transition of legacy systems to MS Dynamics modules in the reporting data. You will get to be a part of our organisational transformation and help us create a new data warehouse structure that will be managed by you. Connecting it to new sources of data and modeling for visualisations mainly through MS Power BI.
You would also have to process the received data on a daily basis. Proactively work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes, share knowledge and best practices. Identifying and following-up on process opportunities directly impacting daily activities within the team. As well as supporting the team projects for process innovation and improvement, actively test and implement new tools and software.

When are you a good fit for the job?
- You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with business analysis
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Advanced knowledge of SQL language
- Understand Data Warehouse concepts
- Advanced knowledge of Data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
- Experienced with ETL tools or performing ETL processes (SSIS, ADF)
- Experience with the Agile/Scrum way of working
- Proven experience with financial reporting
- Experience working in an SSC financial accounting role is a plus

In the beginning, the data analysed will be mostly related to the financials of Sentia Group but with the experience gained the scope of the reporting will be broadened as well. We expect the new team member to have a good understanding in business acumen in order to process data from the different aspects of the organisation.
