As a functional analyst, you will support Sentia to realise its roadmap by means of different project streams. You will be responsible to define the scope and make clear what must be done when implementing a new solution. The platforms you will be working on, enrich the day-to-day experience of our customers and employees. We connect the right information and simplify/automate the way of working. One of the first projects that we will handle for you is the optimization & automation of our Contract Pricing Quote (CPQ) process. This will make our sales and finance teams more efficient, transparent and successful.
The team you will join is an international one located in Belgium, Denmark, and the Netherlands. It consists of 9 people across the group, focusing on AWS Cloud Development but with enough Azure serverless and low-code aficionados as well. An open and transparent culture which improves collaboration and the way of working. The team has a can-do attitude and takes ownership of the quality of the platform's build. We support our customers and business to reach their deadlines and targets with efficiency!

On your first day at work in Sentia Services, we will provide you with detailed information about the company, history, vision, teams, leading principles, and processes. Health & Safety at the workplace is also an important part of the onboarding process.
After going through this you will start with a job kick-off. The team manager will provide an introduction to who is who, what they do, and how they do it.
You will be invited to the daily stand-ups to get you up to speed - where the team is & where it is going?
In the first few weeks, you can also expect meetings with many different colleagues in order to properly introduce you to the team. Being well integrated is of high importance to us.
