As a ServiceNow Engineer working as part of the Sentia Group Integration Office within the Platforms & Internal IT department, you will be responsible for the development of new capabilities for our business and (internal) customer within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O product. You will collaborate as part of the team to challenge the internal customers on requirements and support them in writing user stories. We need an "out of the box" thinker who is able to provide solutions to help us consolidate and standardize our financial processes.
This role provides a large scope to bring in innovative ideas, implement fast change and drive forward the technology and the team to exploit Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O capability effectively and efficiently.

The most successful candidate for the role has:
- Proficient skill both in spoken and written English
- Overall excellent communication skills

- Experience with establishing test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UTA) to ensure the system configuration objectives have been met
- Experience with creating training and support documentation
- Experience with the Go-Live deployment process, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during this cutover
- Experience with collaboration across multiple roles (e.g. developers, business partners, users etc.)
- Experience with design, configure, test and deploy changes to database fields, screens, workflows, reports and dashboards
- Experience with administering security rights and user/group roles across all business lines
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining integrations including technical troubleshooting of APIs and source/target integration points
- Experience with providing guidance for system changes and enhancements after the Go-Live phase
- Experience with supporting the product after implementation
- Experience with user training and supporting the development of training programs
