Platform and Internal IT Manager

The Platforms and Internal IT Manager will be working within the Integration Office of Sentia Group. A department focused on digitally transforming the way Sentia works today via automation, consolidation and centralization initiatives.

  • We design, migrate, run, manage, and optimize customer infrastructure and applications on Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and our own Sentia Cloud

Your profile: Can do mentality

You are a Senior Technology and People leader with a downright ‘can-do’ mentality. We’re looking for a thought leader within your field of expertise not afraid of supporting demanding end users.

This is you:

  • You have lived and breathed Internal IT, OSS, BSS or Cloud Management Platforms for many years yourself but moved on to a leadership role
  • Alternatively, you have supported Internal organizations for many years as a system administrator, you have seen what works and what doesn’t work as you crafted designs and processes for these organizations
  • You understand the world of ERP, CRM, ITSM and the Modern Workplace as well as how various processes are needed to have a properly functioning organization around them
  • You understand the world of Business Analytics and Insights
  • An analytical mind. Where other people see problems, you see solutions
  • You understand how to create procedures to be able to “Shift Left”
  • You understand lifecycle and release management challenges
  • You understand documentation in a process world is key for success
  • You are not afraid of resistance and eat change management and communication for breakfast
  • You respect cultural differences and understand how to manage them
  • Good communication skills, not only will you need this for after work drinks, but you’ll be talking with various roles at various layers within Sentia Group
  • You continuously look for improvements from a process point of view 
  • You build strong ties with the rest of the team in the Integration Office
  • You build strong relationships with other roles from different departments to ensure the culture remains open, strong and dynamic
  • You follow the mission and values of Sentia 

Skills and Knowledge

  • Relevant working experience: 5-10 years
  • Relevant certifications on platforms such as Azure, Okta, O365, D365, ServiceNow or Atlassian are a plus
  • Experience in managing teams abroad and bringing them together
  • Experience with the management of key platforms such as Dynamics365, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
  • Experience with the management of productivity platforms such as O365 and M365
  • Experience with managing Business Insights platforms
  • Experience with business partnering towards end users and the measurement of end user’s happiness
  • Experience in the harmonisation, standardisation and improvement of key business systems as well as operational systems
  • Leadership your area that allows you to be recognized as a Thought Leader
